§1. General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions define the rules for providing services by NextGen Sites.

2. Placing an order means accepting the terms and conditions.

§2. Definitions

• Service Provider - NextGen Sites
• Client - natural or legal person ordering services
• Services - creation and maintenance of websites

§3. Scope of Services

The Service Provider provides services in the following areas:

• Website design and implementation
• Hosting and website maintenance
• SEO optimization
• Technical support

§4. Payment Terms

Subscription model:

• Monthly fee according to the selected package
• Payment in advance for each month
• Option to cancel with one month's notice

One-time model:

• 500 PLN deposit before starting work
• Remaining amount after project acceptance

§5. Ownership Rights

In the subscription model:

• Code rights transfer to the Client after 3 years
• Early termination means loss of code rights

In the one-time model:

• Full ownership rights after full payment

§6. Responsibility

The Service Provider commits to:

• Providing services with due diligence
• Maintaining data confidentiality
• Providing technical support

§7. Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated, Polish law shall apply.

2. Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's headquarters.
